The Pavilion is an oceanfront building with three views to choose from

We have a gym, heated pool, basic cable T.V.,one car valet parking
per apartment,and direct ocean access to beach.
There are extension chairs available by the pool and on the beach for the comfort of the tenants of the building. Each apartment is individually owned making them all different. They are all equipped with: private phone line, cable T.V., A/C, linens and towels and fully equipped kitchen. There are washing machines on each floor.
The rent does not include maid service.
